Our Story

How we started

Start

Thomas, Josh, Charlotte and Niall begun managing Hilltop Cabanas in 2022.
They had all spent many nights at Hilltop prior to the opportunity arising and couldn’t say no to this little slice of paradise.

Our Aim

We are all in love with the beach, Sri Lanka, Komari and the peace which Hilltop offers. Our aim is to keep it sustainable, simple and not develop it any more than it already is. The nature is what makes Hilltop so special.

Our Mission

We love being able to share the space which has been created, but most importantly to show others this stunning environment which has a private right hand point break directly out the front.

Experience

You might even find Thomas creating a new fusion dish, trying to use all the unique fruits and vegetables that the East Coast has to offer.

The most beautiful place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. The owner/manager is super friendly and an extremely good cook. We really can recommend the dinner!

The Hilltop Cabanas are super special. We had the big open cabana that was just in front of the beach. You can see the sunrise from your bed and check out the waves before going surfing. The Food is amazing. And you can do yoga with a view on the beach every morning and every afternoon. We stayed there for 5 nights and would have loved to stay longer.
